Button doesn’t work?

If the Trustifi button does not appear or does not successfully decrypt the email, you can still manually open the encrypted email.

Step 1

Find and copy the encrypted token at the bottom of the email.

Tip: You can double-click on the token to quickly select it.

Step 2

Navigate to the Trustifi secure portal at https://ea.trustifi.com and paste the secure token in the input field.

The encrypted email’s content will now be displayed in your browser window.

Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication was applied to the email, you will still need to authenticate at this point.

Note: If you are generally unable to open Trustifi encrypted emails, it may be caused by a security system. In this case, contact your IT department.
