If the sender of the email knows your phone number, they may choose to secure the email using PIN code authentication via SMS/phone call.
In order to receive the PIN code, you must first correctly enter your phone number.
At this point, Trustifi will send you a one-time PIN code that can be used to access the email.
If the SMS hasn’t arrived, you may ask to receive a new one, or alternatively – to receive a phone call with the PIN code.
Note: The PIN code is valid for 5 minutes only.
