Sending Message Failures
This section outlines common issues that may occur when sending messages through the Trustifi connector, along with their corresponding symptoms and recommended solutions
Message Sent Without Trustifi Processing
Description: The message was successfully sent, but it did not pass through the Trustifi connector.
Symptoms:
Depending on your plan’s policy configuration, you may notice one or more of the following indicators (excluding attachment behavior):
No Trustifi email wrapper
Trustifi logo, footer, or headline is missing
Attachments are not wrapped in a secure table
Cause:
This issue typically occurs when the email flow transport rule is misconfigured or overridden by another rule with a higher priority.
Recommended Solution:
Review all transport rules with higher priority to ensure they do not interrupt or bypass the Trustifi rule.
Confirm that the Trustifi transport rule is configured correctly.
If needed, return to Step 14: Adding a New Route and validate the setup.
