Testing the Email Relay integration
After creating the Trustifi connector and relevant mail flow rule, testing is required to verify the new mail flow is functioning correctly.
Note: Changes to Exchange mail flow are usually updated within a few minutes, but can take up to several hours to apply.
Using one of the mailboxes connected to the Email Relay, send the following test emails:
Internal email: send an email to one or more recipients from your domain.
External email: send an email to one or more recipients outside of your domain.
Internal + external email: send an email to multiple recipients, some from your domain and some outside of it.
Verifying the test results
Confirm that all internal and external recipients have received the test emails as expected
Log into the Trustifi web portal and navigate to the “Sent Emails” page.
Verify that all test emails appear on this page
Click on the "Tracking" tab for each email to view full tracking information
