AI Assistant

When logged into the Trustifi web app, the AI Assistant is available in the top-right corner of the interface.

The AI Assistant pulls information from multiple Trustifi resources, including documentation, knowledge base articles, and support content, to help answer support-related questions and guide you through product functionality.

You can use the AI Assistant to:

  • Get quick answers to product and configuration questions

  • Understand how specific Trustifi features work

  • Find guidance without leaving the Trustifi portal

If the AI Assistant does not provide the answer you are looking for, you can open a support ticket directly from the chat interface.

Alternatively, you may open a support ticket manually using the steps outlined below.


Opening a Support Ticket

If you encounter technical issues with Trustifi or need help understanding how something works, the recommended way to contact support is by opening a support ticket through the Trustifi web portal.

How to Open a Support Ticket

  1. In the Trustifi web portal, hover over the Support menu in the top-right corner

  2. Click Open a ticket from the dropdown menu

In the pop-up window, enter the relevant information for your request, including:

  • Operating system

  • Browser

  • Issue type

  • Ticket title

  • A detailed description of the issue

Take time to accurately describe the issue. Providing clear and detailed information helps the Trustifi support team resolve your request more efficiently.


Click Send to submit the support ticket.

After submission:

  • You will receive an automated email confirmation containing a copy of your ticket

  • You may reply directly to this email to attach screenshots or files if additional context is needed
