Trustifi’s Data Classification module allows admins and reviewers to view data and perform various actions related to DLP and the classification of sensitive data:
The Trends page provides an advanced visual breakdown of potentially sensitive data sent by the plan users. You can also create and export custom reports related to data classification here.
The Sensitivity Types page details the various data types (“Sensitivity Types”) that are used in Trustifi’s sensitivity detection engine. This list is always up to date with new detectors that are being added to the system.
The Personal Types page allows admins and reviewers to create custom sensitivity types that can be used to find and classify sensitive data. These personal types can be created using regular expressions (“regex”) and you can assign a corresponding sensitivity score to them.
On the Test Sensitivity page, you can test out Trustifi’s sensitivity detection engine by scanning text or attachments. The provided input will be analyzed by Trustifi for any potentially sensitive content, and the findings will be displayed.
