Trustifi has an extensive reporting feature which allows both users and admins to report received emails as safe or as malicious/spam.

Reporting emails helps improve the overall accuracy of the Inbound Shield system, as our security team reviews each report and uses this information to adjust our metrics, fine-tune our AI, enhance our global blacklists, and take other steps to help make false-positive or false-negative detections even more rare.

Emails can be reported from multiple sources such as the Trustifi admin portal, the Trustifi add-ins for Outlook and Chrome, or from the email itself using warning labels.

This document will explain how each reporting function works, and what to expect when reporting an email.
