Disconnecting from the Email Relay
In order to disconnect from the Email Relay, please follow the next steps:
Step 1: Disabling the send connector in Exchange
First, find the Trusitfi connector under the “Send connectors” tab in the Exchange admin center.
Then, click on “Disable” on the right to disable the connector.
Step 2: Navigate to the Email Flow Integration in Trustifi Outbound Management
Navigate to Outbound Management and then Plan Settings and then Email Flow Integration tab in the Trustifi web portal
Scroll down to the "Enable Relay" section
Step 3: Disconnecting
In the “Enable Relay” section, click on the toggle to disable the connection.
In the pop-up window, click on the "Disable" button to complete the disconnection.
