To create a new template first log in to the Trustifi web portal then navigate to Email Templates (Personal Pages > Email Templates).
On the Email Templates page, you will see a list of existing templates (if any) with columns for Name, Type, and Actions. At the top right of the page, click the blue "Create Template" button to create a new template.
