The “Account Management” page allows Trustifi admins to configure which users are connected to Account Takeover Protection, as well as to view information about user accounts and suspicious activity logs.
Navigation
First, you will need to log into the Trustifi web portal as an admin. In the web portal, click on the “Account Takeover Protection” section on the left side panel. Then click on the “Account Management” page.
Enabling protection
To enable protection and monitoring for a single user, simply click on the “Actions” menu next to the user and click the “Enable” action.
To enable protection on multiple users, select the users you wish to protect and a new menu will appear on the right side. From this menu, click on the “Enable” action.
Viewing account information
To view a list of devices and locations associated with a user, click on the “View account info” button from the “Actions” menu next to their name.
This will display a list of devices and browsers known to be used by this user, along with an IP and location associated with each device.
Viewing user suspicious activity
You can also view if the user had any suspicious activity logs by clicking on “Actions” > “Activity Info“.
This will display a list of all suspicious activity logs that were recorded for the user.
You can click on “Info” for each log to view more information, or delete the log.
